The friend could be subpeonaed to testify and she would have no choice.

You could also call the police, remind them that she is restrained from being around the child at all, and that you were just given word, by someone visiting the household, that she was there with the child.

That was my thought... Or I'd hoped that I could do something like that.
My main concern is the kiddo. But I also want to make sure they can't say I'M stalking them or something. I will probably be 50 miles away with my daughter, but still...

They cannot "get" you for stalking in that scenario. Dad and his wife will be ticked off as heck that they will get caught violating the restraining order, but it will make them think twice about doing it again.
