What is the name of your state? wi

back in november, i cut my thumb on a table saw at work. after it healed, it was determined that the tendon to bend in was cut and virtually unrepairable. so instead they cut the knuckle open, flattened the two bones, and drove a screw through the tip of my thumb and into both bones, fusing them together permanently. i have mobilization of the lower knuckle.

any idea what that's worth?

the thing i was cutting was something that could have better been done on a diffrent machine but i was told it was a waste of time to move the material to the other building. the piece was too small for the proper guard and both my project manager and floor supervisor (who also has the saftey coridinator job for our department) knew that i was cutting with no gaurds in place. i also told them that i was nervous about doing the job on the saw.

now how much is it worth?

i know i need a laywer, i will have one soon, i am just cuirious if any actual laywers out there could ballpark a settelment. thanks.
