Exactly. Therefore, never needed all these extraneous and condesending comments:

"You slept on it, that doesn't make it anyone else's fault but your own"
"you should have high tailed it over to CSE, but you didn't."
"Start reading and learn how to collect civil judgments on your own if you want the money." (Thanks for that advice!)
"I suspect you wanted some sympathy with your response, and very few people will have it here for you."

I agree CourtClerk has been very harsh and insulting in many posts to other people.... dont feel offended, its probably an old grumpy lady who has no life and likes to fight via online..... CourtClerk will also probably respond to this post very negatively and will say otherwise.... anyhow, i will help do some research about your case

So I may not be able to collect child support, but I don't have a fairy wand and a guide to perfectionalism, and the reason I cant collect child support is because my little girls father came to this country when he was 6, LEGALLY, but I cannot control what he does, and AFTER my children were born, he turned for the worst and broke a few laws, resulting on him being deported or put in prison once he is found..... This is why I cannot collect. But our cases are 2 different cases, and should be handled as such. I am still trying to do some research
