What is the name of your state?FL.
Does anyone know the time limit you have in the state of Florida to file a claim after a rearend accident??? Any help would be appriciated. ty

It is 4 years for bodily injury and property damage and for wrongful death it is 2 years. I believe Florida is also a no fault State.
