Hi there, I am writing from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm going to start offering luxury time-shares in the U.S.A for a luxury vineyard hotel in Mendoza, Argentina.

The thing is that they are asking me for a complete set of specific information, and I am not sure of the things they are asking me for.
If you can help me with it I would really appreciate it.

**A: I do not see a problem with their list. Although I would add about 20 more docs.

First, i'm asking about the USA law because i have to speak the language of the USA law for my client.

Second, the problem is not that the list is empty, the problem is that i don't know what the tittles exactly refer too. We have a very limited timeshare law here and the practice is basically stolen from yours. If you know of any document that must be in the list pleas say!

What i need is someone to help me out to find out what is that they are asking for in each item.
