when an accounting is submitted, should it include copies of all receipts or do you have to have a judge order them? Shouldn't this automatically go to audit also or does a judge have to order that as well?
An accounting submitted to whom? Are you talking about what is called a "family settlement agreement?"
If so, and you are not satisfied, tell the personal representative that you decline the agreement and want to have a formal accounting audited by the court.
