Title insurance refinance rates (MA)

Massachusetts:

Title insurance companies are not presently regulated/set by Massachusetts. That said, I am looking for applicable state/federal law which may govern or apply to title insurance refinance rates.

Can title insurance companies use any rates they want, or are there limitations placed on the rates they charge through state or federal legislation?
