OP, the only way dad can prevent a relocation is by convincing a judge to change custody rather than allow it.

Doesn't sound like Dad WANTS custody.

If it were me, I'd worry about successfully completing the pregnancy, and then worry about the rest.l

Well i have already given my advice and think it true.

Let Dad petition after the move and go from there . If he does not petition ,then set up visitations of some sort that will work.

You would still be in NY not out of State.
