If the CP lives in one state, NCP lives in another state and the drop off point is a state different from the two where the CP and NCP live, who would you call?

Law enforcement from the city you are in at the time of drop off/pick up.

1. If you ask a question and you don't like the answer quit posting it over and over. This site isn't about telling you what you want to hear and you'll get the same answer over and over.

My personal fave is when they try to post from the opposite point of view to see if they get a different answer. And then when they argue with you it turns into "well, unlike you, I don't have time to get to 1000 posts" or "don't you have anything better to do than sit at a computer all day".
