What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA!

I am having to take my daughters father to court to modify our agreement on another issue, so I'm thinking about having CS reviewed/altered since we'll be in there anyways.

Background:
We originally had support ordered about 6 years ago. At the time, I was on welfare and in college and he was making around $50k a year. He got an attorney, who of course imputed min. wage to me, told me to get out of college and work, and so the order was made for $230 a month.

Since then, I've had attorneys look over our agreement and mention it seemed artificially low, but I really didn't want to seem like I was looking for a paycheck so I just let it be.

This year, my net was under 10k because I started my own business (write offs, etc). His net was around 65k. Even if they impute to me, the most they could impute, net, would be around 30k.

The allaw calculator I've seen several of you mention tallys that at over $2000 a month, which seems artificially high and, honestly, I wouldn't want him paying that much anyhow. That just seems ridiculous.

My trial on dissomaster ran out, so I'm just wondering a couple of things....
Does anyone have it and know a ballpark of what my support SHOULD be? I really have no idea (we have 50/50, he keeps her on his insurance and pays about 100 a month in premiums).

I also am under the impression that I don't have to include my husbands income?

Thanks.
