What is the name of your state? missouri

I've been trying to find out any infor on termination parental rights w/o having to use a lawyer, but I haven't had any luck. My sons father hasn't had any contact with him since august and before that it is whenever it's convenient for him to see him. I'm wanting to terminate his rights and let my husband adopt him. If anyone can help me with this thanks.

When you hire the lawyer to do the adoption, the TPR will be done with it.

You can also talk to the juvenile officer in your area about this.
