traffic citation

officer put wrong date of violation on a Maryland traffic citation. He put a June date when citation was received in August. Would this invalidate the citation?

If you want to go to court and try the case thats what you would have to do but I doubt a judge will ever make it invalid because they also file the report at there police office so if you want to get out of it go to court and go though all that trouble =p
