She was brought to the feline prosecutor for claiming she had "METHanesia"..not too sure if the prosecutor will believe it, but all we can do is try....p.s. it was her first offense...;)

Given that this her first offense, she probably won't do time in the "pen". Maybe Judge Joe Brown could hear your case. He's quite fair and reasonable.
Don't give up on the little pussy cat.
