You have avoided the questions on both threads because you are not getting the answers you want, because you already think you know more than anyone else. Well when you are in jail for abusing your incompetent brother and having to sell your home to pay back the state of California their due, you can complain to Bubba about the advice you got here when you refused to answer the questions.

Please answer the questions and read the case law, without facts we cannot advise.

All you are doing here is looking for attention like a spoiled brat, eventually all this will catch up to you.

I don't require curlers for my naturally curly long red hair and haven't chewed gum in years.

Gee, rmet4nzkx, when you get REALLY excited and upset, I've noticed you make a lot of spelling errors and typos. Remember when you pointed mine out? Turnaround is fair play, doncha think? rmet4nzkx, are you under the impression that at this point I'd discuss this matter with you? If you think that, you're certified nuts. You keep tipping your hand that you're not involved with the law in any capacity. If you were, the scenario would be comical: your case is sinking fast so what would you do if you were in court? You'd say to the other side's lawyer: "you big POOP!". Then you'd take your dodge ball and walk away. No, rmet4nzkx, you are not the person to run anything by that has to do with legal matters.
