What is the name of your state? CT.
My chapter 13 plan was confirmed in July of 03, I was making weekly payments faithfully. In Oct. my company closed down and I was out of work for over a month and I fell behind in making payments. I am back gainfully employed and have been sending payments but not always weekly. I just received a letter from the Trustee for a motion to dismiss my case. What can I do .Do I have any options. Thank You
