I WAS ARRESTED FOR A DUI IN 1993 AND SINCERELY DO NOT REMEMBER THE DATE OR THE OUTCOME. I KNOW A PLEEDED GUILTY AND WAS SENT TO COMMUNITY SERVICE BUT NO MORE THAN THAT. I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD LEAVE THIS BLANK ON THE APLICATION AND IF THE DUI IS COSIDER LIKE AN ARREST?. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is an arrest and your guilty plea is the conviction and you must disclose all the particulars and supply supporting documentation. It is up to you to obtain the necessary police report and the court disposition and attach it to the application.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
