Yeah im sure she is mine, she looks just like me. and I am in the ANG right now but i was active for the first two years after my daughter was born- and its kind of difficult to pay child support and car payment and insurance, and finds extra money to fly back home on leave on a privates salery. so i never did come back home untill i got out, nor did i ever take any leave.

Im not sure if people cant read, or just choose not to read the whole story, or if there reading comprehension is so bad that they dont get the fact that, I got the guitar stuff back like a year ago. what i was saying there was that the police were involved in that mater, and the way it came out on the papers that i was served, seemed to be derogitory.

But my mother went and talked to the guy that took my daughter from her mother, and he told her that it's not bad, but they dont have alot of time so they just put police contacts, instead of explaining the story- and he also gave her papers for an appointed lawyer.

And if i didnt care i wouldnt bother, but i dont think anyone has a clue what kind of a person my ex is, she is strung out in crack, and if i dont do what she wants exactly when she wants then she tries to get people to beat me up. she tells my daughter to call me chris and her boyfriend of the week dad. She has assaulted me several times and twice i called the cops on her. once she was arrested for the assault and then a few weeks later violated the no contact order and have to serve seven days in jail. she called the inspector general of the post i was stationed at and told him a bunch of lies, because I wouldnt talk to her( i talked to her mom about my daughter instead of her) she said that i wouldnt talk to my daughter, and that pissed my First Sergeant off and he had it out for me after that. she has stolen money from me, dented up my car, and made me not want to deal with her anymore, thats why i dont see my daughter much.
anyone who thinks thats not soo bad doesnt know my ex and shouldnt say anything untill they have a kid with her and have to deal with her ****.


and i just went to court today, and have gotten vistations set up i get to see her twice a week for two hours, i would have gotten to keep her over night but the severity of the break in her leg is to the extent where she cant be transported with out putting her in serious pain

Congrats on getting to see your daughter. Obviously you were able to show the Court that the report you received regarding your past was inflated. I hope it all works out for you.

I do want to say I understand your frustration. I am only engaged and my fiance has an ex (who is strung out) that is the biggest Pain in the A** on a daily basis. Sometimes I do want to throw up my hands. But then I think well geez i'm an adult and I can't put up with her imagine how a child feels trying to put up with her. I think that's all everyone was trying to say, no matter how bad your ex gets (and I know it can be bad especially when drugs are involved) don't forget your little gift from god that NEEDS her daddy to be strong and protect her b/c she can't do it herself. Unless a court severs her parental rights, you will have to deal with your ex until your daughter reaches 18 ( or longer if you both attend the same family functions). The following organizations offer information that might make it easier to cope.

- the no contact order would not have barred you from seeking visitation with a third party p/u and drop-off.

Third-party p/u and drop-off would keep you from having to deal with your ex AND provide you with a witness if your ex tries to keep you from seeing your child.
