i have a disagreement with my wife she hits me in my head call the police file a report i ended up in the hospital had 21 stitches on my forehead she claims that i pushed her no one arrested i told them I don't wanna press charges I had a hospital bill over $5000 can I qualify for U visa

One of the requirements are that you be "helpful, or is likely to be helpful in the investigation or prosecution of the crime."

I get that you don't want her arrested. It is a typical reaction in abusive relationship - outsiders rarely understand why people stay with their abusers.
