All accusations were false. Mom did nothing legally or morally wrong and repaid more than due son before it would have been due because there is no way to calculate the tax consequences. All known information, all withheld in order to elicit sympathy.

LOL! If son had actually gone to college as intended none of this would have happened. Step mother is at fault for misrepresenting the facts and making false accusations.

Perhaps a waste of bandwith, but at the same time a good example of why we need the truth up front and that things are not always as they seem. Getting the facts and the truth is essential to giving advice, it is not being nosey
