What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
In the state of Texas can you do an Uncontested Termination and adoption case without hiring an attorney?

Yes, of course.

However, you run a MUCH greater risk of screwing something up. The very fact that you needed to ASK this question leads me to believe that you won't be able to handle this.

Legally, yes.

Realistically, not a good idea. TPR and adoption are not DIY projects. Miss one detail and you leave the door wide open for appeal and/or nullification. ......that is if the TPR and adoption are allowed to move forward at all

First of all what I really meant was how hard it was. i dont have 4 to 5k laying around to pay for it and the dad is not going to pay for it.

What was the "second of all" part? That usually comes after "first of all".

Seriously, OP, you stand a huge risk of screwing up here without an attorney.

There are some things well worth the money to have it done correctly. This is one of those things. Think how much more it would cost, in more than just monetary terms, to have to fix a mess created if you screw this up.....assuming it could be fixed to your satisfaction.
