If a man and woman are living together (boyfriend/girlfriend) and the woman has his baby can she go after child support even though they are splitting all household costs and the costs to raise the child? If so, can there then be a custody arangement put into place through the courts ...even though they are all living under one roof? thank you

I'm pro-choice and all, but this is the first time I've ever wanted to suggest that someone get an abortion as quickly as possible, thus ending this poor child's suffering before dad can leave another mushroom cloud of a child's life behind!

People like you don't deserve to have children. Any guy can father a child, but it takes a REAL MAN to be a Dad, which you obviously are not!

I hope the therapist then had his/her license suspended for making a ridiculous decision like that. Ray Charles could have seen his intentions.

He had to under a court order. He waited well over 6 months to do it...after the order . First meeting was to last an hour. He ended it after 15 minutes and never really let msdad talk at all, just my son. Msdad signed adoption papers the next month.
