If a man and woman are living together (boyfriend/girlfriend) and the woman has his baby can she go after child support even though they are splitting all household costs and the costs to raise the child? If so, can there then be a custody arangement put into place through the courts ...even though they are all living under one roof? thank you

Yeah, well.. you also didn't answer my question. Why would there need to a be a support order if they are living together?

Yeah well, that was my exact question...would there be a need for one and if so would there be a need for a court ordered visitation, if there was a court order for child support even though living under the same roof?

I DO know that child support has been ordered when mom and dad were living together, so the bigger question is...would there be a custody agreement if they were living in the same house
