What is the name of your state? MD

School has 10 weeks summer vacation and I asked for 5 weeks, but my wife only give me 2 weeks. We went to county court and had short hearing in 20 minutes. Since my wife made a store the I abused a child, the judge could not have enough time to investigate it, he decided not to give me any time until final trial. What should I do, can I appeal for it? Thanks for any advices

Keep in mind though that a proven false claim to deny you visitation can be held against her. Is there an order in place?
