What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
My friend who has been working at her job for over a yr now is getting paid $5.50/hr while employees that are newly hired in the same position are recieving $6.00/hr. When she found out about this she asked about getting a raise because the managers are always telling her how good of a worker she is, but her district manager refused. When she asked about this they said that it was in their contract not to talk to others about how much they are getting paid so she would have to tell the manager who told her how much they were making an hr. Are there any legal issues here?
