If you have been working for a company last year, they lay you off for 4 weeks. Call you back last week, drug test you, and then make you do a random the next week. Is that legal for union rules in IL?

No you say. Well then I'm pretty confident that they could drug test every day.

Is the drug you want to hide weed? cause if not then surely someone could clean up in a week.
