What is the name of your state?ohio

wasnt sure what you would place this under about a car salesman...

Recently my girlfriend went car shopping and she went to multiple car dealers. Come to find out one of the salesman keeps calling her. To top it all off he has sent her persnal notes a couple times plus whatever voicemails he leaves. For instance the second note that was sent to her address read something like "hey my hot chocolate sauce.. or i'm coming to visit you".. and so on. It starting to get old. I was wondering if using personal information is legally right for a car salesman to use to. I was wondering if i am just overeacting about this situation. I mean he knows where she lives and i wasnt sure if personal information could be used like he's using it, any advice????

unwanted followup

The salesperson might've tried to argue that he was just doing follow-up until he clearly crossed the line with his contacts. Contact the OWNER of the dealership immediately. Note: if he continues his contacts after (probably) being fired, keep log of contacts and notify police.

Or, you call him back and tell him you'll show him what a baseball bat does to knees if he keeps harassing your girlfriend.

It's tough to sell cars if you can't walk.....or chase "chocolate sauce".
