What is the name of your state? TX

A local cop who was busy flirting with some woman, and was more than 100 feet from the road at almost dark *6:30 p.m. writes my husband a ticket because our 1o wasn't buckled in. Truth is she was buckled in when my husband pulled into the parking lot and as he was moving into a parking space, she unbuckled her belt and moved up between the front van seats to get ready to get out.

It was the parking lot of the school and the officer waited until my husband was out of the car and half way across the lot to end his flirt with the woman and give my husband a ticket.

He didn't see my husband pull in, he couldn't have seen him on the roadway because his view was obstructed by all the other cars parked at the roadside and he was sitting in his car.

Can we get this ticket thrown out?? Ticket was issued on private property after husband and daughter were both out of the car, and daughter was buckled in when he pulled in to the lot and she got out of her seat as he turned into the space.

WOW! I have seen it all now. How did your hubby know the cop was flirting with a woman?

Priceless.

Your child needs to be in their car seat untill totally parked.
