isn't it true that when you are 17 you can leagley leave you parents house and be on your own..... or is there other ways you have to go?????
me and my parents get into fights alot and on new years eve my dads wife told me to get out. because i didn't feel like talking at the moment. so i did and now i live with my grandma.... and my dad wants me to emancipate my self..... do i have to do that... i am 17 do i need their permision ?????? or should i just leave?

You are an adult at 18 and can leave to go wherever you wish. Until then, to legally leave and support yourself, you must go through legal emancipation and receive at least the court's approval or your parents'.
