arial blackWhat is the name of your state? California
I moved in with an elderly lady who is my friend. After a couple of months she put me on a meager salery which included room and board in retuern for my caring for her. (I have the employment agreement) Now, 2 plus years later her two children have put her in a nursing home and they want me to leave. The house is valued at 1 million and needless to say, their mother was and now I am in their way.
They owe me in excess of ten thousand dollars which they refuse to acknowledge. I have never been served legally, and they are doing everything in their power to intimidated me, threaten me and make my life miserable. What would you suggest. Keep in mind that without the monies owed to me , which are all documented, I am penniless.
