What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Alabama

Since I got totally jumped on by I AM ALWAYS LIABLE and BelizeBreeze for trying to help Yurgee on where does my child support go, I went back and did my research. It does not look favorable for NY to allow a child support accounting but there are several documented cases where accounting had been asked for: Schwarzman v. Schwarzman, Alexander v. Davis, Cassaro v. Cassaro, Olive v Olive and Kovenock v. Mallus.
In correcting my self there are now eleven (11) states that allow for an accounting of child support money. They are Colorado, Deleware, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisianna, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, and Alabama. This is up from 5 states just a little more tha 2 years ago, so the trend is set. Just becasue it is unlikely that yurgee can get an accounting for his CS money, it does not mean he will get it. In fact it is likely that he won't but does not prevent him from trying.
To all new on this post - pull up I AM ALWAYS LIABLE POSTS and you decide if this is someone tring to help others or just hanging around for a good fight
with people who are trying to help others.

My response:

My opinion of you still hasn't changed. You're still an idiot from Alabama who can't read.

On Yurgee's original thread, my initial response was "No." And now, you have confirmed that answer for yourself. Accountings are EXTREMELY rare for those States that do not allow accountings. If you read those cases you've cited, you'll read about the bizarre circumstances and the extreme abuse of those funds. But, in the main, you cannot merely go into court and ask for an accounting.

All you're succeeding in doing is trying to justify your untenable position because you can't stand it when someone else is smarter than you. Of course, when it comes to an Alabaman, that's really not too difficult to accomplish.

You've been giving away too many "pieces of your mind".

Please, check the tires on your trailer.

Lst time I am responding to you . You call us prejudice here in the south and you are so damn prejudiced anyone can see that. It's lawyers like you that keep the family court system so screwed up. Signing you out for good and going to look into the California State Bar. Us dumb Alabama DEA agents can do that.

I thought you used your ignore option? Try it, then you won't get so frustrated. You are not going to change anyone, or anything, on a message board.

This time, all you did was invite your own trouble. I highly doubt you will find a, "I Am Always Liable", in the list of attorneys of California.

rba777,

Just try to take it with a grain of salt. Every once and a while these guys go crazy! At least he got you thinking! It is a message board, but still be carefull. Easy to track IP's these days. Don't be intimidated, support your statements, and just kick back. Every once and a while a real good one posts, so, keep watching the site. You will learn a lot; and see IAAL sometimes actually acts like two different people posting under the same name. Honestly. I suppose like the rest of us. Our opinions are a product of our environment. So one day one thing the next something different.

Move on. I kinda like the Soliders Act thing myself right now. Not that I have experience with that or anything, just like to "stay current" on developments.

Two people? Hell, he's man enough to be four people.

But thanks for the compliment anyway. It's always nice when people think we're the same person. I just don't know what IAAL would think of that.

Now, Hex, that's another matter :D

Thanks Topsider. You sound like a good leveled headed guy. I could put up with his snide rude comments, but when he started bashing Alabama that got my flame lit. He may be a good attorney but being a good attorney and a good person are tw different things. Personally I don't see how he sleeps at night. I'm done with him anyhow except I am deciding whether to let the California State Bar know some of the things he is saying on this site.

Just curious but how in the hell are you going to report a screen name to the CA bar? You gotta know more than his screen name to be able to do that! LOL
