For anyone who answered any of my posts, just wanted to give an update. My son is back home with me and not because I took him either. He told his dad he wanted to move back home and give things a chance and so he is home now. We have mediation and court scheduled for 2/28/05 for my move away request so we will see how it goes.
Ever since my son moved back though, his dad and his dad's new wife have been on him everytime they see him... asking him, why he wanted to move back home... the kids say they are calling me and my new husband names. My son asked if he HAS to go for visitation if he doesn't want to. Said he is tired of dealing with them constantly talking to him about me and his stepfather... anyone??
