What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? georgia
i bought a car in december and just found out it has a crack in the firewall which had been letting water leak in and has caused a large amount of mold under the carpet. is their any legal action i can take with or without an attorney to at least force the dealer to have the firewall repaired and the carpet replaced to rid the car of mold?

Are you covered by any warrenty at this point? If yes, then maybe, but unlikely. If not, then no.

You just now noticed a "large amount of mold"?

it is under the carpet, i didnt even know until i took it in to a shop to try and trace what appeared to be a water leak, turns out the firewall has a big crack in it.

You have no recourse without a warrenty. This is why you have used cars inspected by a independent mechanic before you buy them.
