Hello, I am an individual, who sold a used travel trailer to another individual.
It has been about three months now, since the sale. The person who bought the trailer called and said that 3/4 of the roof is rotten, and needs to be replaced because the skylight leaked.

When I sold the trailer, I had no idea that the skylight leaked. My family has used this trailer several times, and never noticed a leak anywhere. I told the person that bought it, everything that I knew was wrong with the trailer. The awning was torn, and part of the floor had been replaced by the owner before me. I had been on the roof before I sold it, and never noticed any weak spots. I even offered a ladder to the buyer to climb on top and take a look, which he declined.

He now wants me to buy the trailer back from him.
I no longer have the money, I used it to pay the trailer off. I had gotten a personal loan on the trailer, so I had the title in my possesion, which I signed over to the buyer.

What are my legal rights in the matter?

If you sold the trailer in good faith "as is", you are not liable for the damage. The buyer should have the item inspected before the purchase is complete, even if they want to take your word for it.

We had a similar situation with a camper a year ago; the buyers wanted a refund because the refrigerator stopped working 2 months after they purchased it from us. We declined to pay it, and nothing came of it.
