Using A secondary name to represend your business

Example:

Business is registered as a Corporation named SuperBusiness, Inc.

SuperBusiness inc is in the business of website design. The owners would like to expand the business and begin providing website hosting under a different website and name ie 'SuperWebHosting', but they want to keep the new web hosting business under the corporate vail of the main corporation 'SuperBusiness, Inc.'

What needs to be done to ensure this? Can you simply state on your website that 'SuperWebHosting' is a division of 'SuperBusiness, Inc' ??

I believe you only need file an additional fictitious name attached to your corporation. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
