yes, she already brought it up, no escaping from that now.
i have no records of her presents, but even if i did, i'll really feel bad doing the same thing to her.

here's the thing - the mediation is dragging on forever, and she hasn't given in on anything so far. and if things are not going her way, she's going to start crying and then she has what she wants. this has always worked for her. how much do you think i should be ready to give up (in terms of %salary maybe), even if it is unreasonable, to just END this? in savings, etc, there is about 40% of annual salary saved up.

Has she brought it up? If not, I would just not mention it. Bringing it up would kind of silly on her part, does she want to go back and split all the presents to her family members also?
