there is no such thing as parental abduction when the parents are married. If that is the case if hubby takes the children to the store and wife gets mad she can call the cops and have hubby arrested for taking HIS children somewhere, the same applies to vacations. My husband does it all the time. His ex tried to pull the same crap that you are trying to feed this poster. But they are divorced and the cop told her that when the children are in his care there is NOTHING that she can do. BB I see your point but there is not any court papers filed and if the poster goes and file for Temp custody order. The court will likely have to go with the order. What he needs to do is file ASAP
