What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California.

it was so heavy rain, and was stopped on signal. [ i stopped 100%], by mistake i took off leg from break , and my car just touched the car which in-front of me.

there were 6 inch minor scratch on her bumper , and on my car just plastic of number plated is removed and no scratch nothing on my car .

i talked to other driver , but she said give me u r insurance details, and i asked to call police she said she is 100% ok .

she filed a claim to replace the bumper..( claim was approved and work was done 745$ amount of claim). Now she is telling she has headache since accident, ( it is 2 weeks now ). She is going to file injury claim.

I really doubt she has anything inured from this incidents. I am suspecting she is trying to make some $$$ from my insurance company .

[ my driver history no any accident and ticket in past this is the 1st thing..happen ]

required your advices, what should i do if she is try to make fraud claim ?

thanks in adv..

If she makes a claim, let your insurance handle it.

And don't be so quick to say it's fraudulent. Seemingly minor accidents can cause major medical problems.

thanks Steve.

I am asking , reason .. this is 1st incident , so i dont know what is the best practice to handle this kind of situation .

if she file a claim , does it show on my driving history ? does it impact my medical insurance monthly premium ? [ is there any limit if claim is above then that limit , then insurance company will increase my premium.. ]

i want to go for dispute , can i go ? [ it is advisable or not ]

The accident is already on your record and they already accepted fault. Can't get any worse then that. From now on YOU don't get to dispute anything, its all up to your insurance company.
