I'm not running or hiding from the truth and as far as you all insults YOU CAN THEM TO0 YOURSELF!!!!!! I was simply seeking for information not to be ridiculed for something that's happens to a lot of people around the world. I'm not looking for sympathy either. Bottom line you NEED TO MAKE YOUR WORDS SOFTER AND LOUDER!!!!!!!!!! I understand clearly and I DO stand on the TRUTH. Maybe it's not a legal issue but it is something too think about ISN'T IT? WHEN YOU EVICT SOMEONE YOU ALL ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO TRASH ALL MY ENTIRE BELONGINGS?

If you have, you haven't stated any instances here on this forum and we can't read minds or see the past in our crystal balls. You need to leave out the feelings part and just state facts and that may help. The biggest problem you are facing is that you were notified numerous times of the evicition, you knew the deadline dates. The fact that you stayed and left your stuff there after they took the property could be claimed abandoned. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

THERE WAS NO ABANDAMENT AT ALL; I WAS THERE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE. YOU CAN'T MAKE ME SAY THAT I OR MY HUSBAND WHOM BY THE WAY IS BLIND RECEIVED ANYTHING. PEOPLE CAN MAKE THE RULES AS THEY GO ALONG.

Then please tell us how you were evicted? Eviction is a legal process and does require notification. You would have been given a date to be out and off the property, if you stayed past that, then you are trespassing. You are looking at the wrong laws. If this is not the case then we need more FACTS.
