visit. in jail?

ny. ex, jailed for lack of c/s. testified he is willfully withholding c/s. now wants 7and 9 yr.old to visit him in jail. any case law preventing this. law guardian says why not ,kids need their dad. i say no way. please help

i am not a lawyer. just a mother. and if i had a choice, i wouldn't let my children visit anyone in jail. jail is not a place for children to have an outing.
i would try to limit contact to phone calls and letters. he is being selfish to ask such a thing of his minor children.

my ex husband is in jail and he filed papers to try to terminate child support while hes in there. i dont know what to do. have u ever heard of that? i wouldnt take my children to any prison to visit someone whos obviously low enough to be there.
