I recently got a court order to have temporary visitation until parental tests come back. I am allowed 6 hrs on Saturday each week. Last weekend she called my lawyer and said my son had been sick all week and he couldn't be there on Sat. I didn't contest it. I think he was all right. This week, if she tries to pull this stuff again...what am I allowed to do? I live 2 and half hours away. We meet at a fast food place for exchange and its like her to not show up and claim that child is still sick... What are my options?

Its really unlikely that she would do that two weeks in a row. However if she does you can certainly file for contempt.
