I wish good luck to the father in this matter, but I'm done with the cat 'n' mouse.

As others have stated, this is unlikely to be resolved in time for your bday, unless it is quite a few months away. If *I* were in your shoes? I'd take the day off to have a day to do what I'd like to do, then spend the 5-8 with your son. Then, the next weekend you have him (or the weekend prior), plan a day for the two of you to spend together. Honestly - you're a big boy - you can delay gratification for a few days.

One of the problems I suspect you may be having in court is that you are bringing up all these things w/o any proof, so you're coming off as a bit... nuts.

Fortunately I did have him seen by a Riley specialist and have that printed out and ready for court. I also have proof in her emails where she admits to overdosing him. Hopefully that will stand up in court.

A riley specialist print out will NOT be admissible as it is hearsay. Better have the actual specialist there to testify how this is killing your son.

In case anyone is interested "Riley" is a children's hospital in Indianapolis. Its not a particular kind of specialist.

However, the written report will likely still not be admissible. Wouldn't be if it was a CHOP specialist, either.

UPDATE to anyone interested. Today is my birthday and I didn't get to get him at all. Mother is claiming he is too sick to make a trip to my house and that he threw up at school. Called school to find out that was not true at all. Endless battle**************..

I'd LOVE to be a fly on the wall in the living room though. "Going home to the 'hot-headed' wife", telling her to get outta his thread... it's either SO dumb and they're the same person, or they have the most ... interesting ... marriage I've witnessed recently.

Well... if you did not attempt to pick your child up, then she is not in contempt.

Yep. I did. And if Tracy is wifey, Justin may be hubby.

If that is Tracy and Justin is her hubs, then he has himself a cougar on top of a hot headed nosey wife.
