What is the name of your state?i live in nj but this was done in ny


If my daughters dad only has visitation 2x month for 30 mins each time and nver showed up what can i do? and being he only is supports to see her 2x a month what kinda of rights does he have?

my opinion

Document EVERYTHING...I am not an attorney and I am from California, but...what has helped me is documentation. I would document for at least 4 months, that way I could show that it didnt just happen one or two times but it was consistant...then I would take him back to court and have them modify the times. Make sure when you document you use date and times so there is no arguement as well as if he calls and says he can't make it, document the phone call. Best thing to do, plus its simple, I would just get a regular calender and post it by the phone, and that way I could show the court, the documentation and he had no argument. In return his visitation was modified to less and his child support went up.

the only thing the order say is that he is too see her at the mall on the 1st and 3rd sat of the month.. this was done on oct 14th 2003. it does say anything about anything else

I do that. as for child support i get jack. i really don't think he cares what happens
