In our original court order my ex husband was to have my child Saturdays between 8-3pm on my weekends. Do to a new job on his part we had to switch weekends so he stopped taking him on those Saturdays that were my weekend. Now almost two years later he wants to reinstate that part of the court order. Do I have to? :(

If the visitation order was not modified, it still stands and is enforceable. Why SHOULDN'T your child get more time with his dad? They are not estranged, right? Dad has continued to have visitation, just not on Saturdays?
