My response:

Take HIM back to court on an "Order to Show Cause" regarding these issues. Take HER to court for an "Order of Protection" on behalf of your kids concerning these same issues.

My response:

When someone is failing to follow previous court orders, an Order to Show Cause is used by the court to compel that person to come before the court and explain themselves.

Orders to show cause are used primarily in family law proceedings, contempt proceedings, actions seeking provisional remedies such as injunctive relief, and extraordinary writ proceedings.

An order to show cause is an order issued on an ex parte application requiring an opposing party to attend a hearing and show cause why relief requested by the moving party should not be granted. Use of the order to show cause procedure is, in effect, an alternative to the noticed motion procedure, with the order to show cause serving as the equivalent of a notice of motion.

Your current husband, and step-father to the children, has no parental rights. Sure, he can assist you in keeping "order" in the home, but when "push comes to shove", he has as many rights as I do concerning your children - - which is none.
