there was NO lawsuit...we filed for divorce....I want to get married to my bf of 2 yrs...in a few days after my divorce in another state.diorced feb 9th getting remarried in another state.nevada and moving to another state MN...but the judge stated I could not get married in any state for 6 months..he does not know this...i just wanted to know what would happen ..there is nothing in my divorce decree that states what would happen thank you

A dissolution of marriage is a lawsuit and you got a judgment saying when it was final.

yes and it was finAL today..but does NOT state anything about not getting married in 6 months but he said it...I thought it was only in the same state..please tell me if it would be a legal marriage since I am divorced but did not wait? and if I would get into some trouble? and how would I get into trouble? thank you
