Hello,
I did a refi (Heloc) with Wamu Sept 2008. Went into foreclosure in late 2008 and Chase presented a lost note which I contested, the case was dissmised for lack of prosecution in 2011. Chase hasn't filed a second foreclosure. I am aware of the Bartram case and how the SOL law in Fl has changed. My Wamu loan was endorsed by: CR after she was no longer an employee of Wamu. As for the FDIC purchase and assumption agreeent it isn't clear which "Assets" were sold to Chase. My loan isn't owned by Fannie Mae or Freddy Mac. I am trying to see if Chase has any standng, I know they are now recording assignments of mortgage acting as "Attorney in fact for the FDIC" as receiver of Washignton Mutual.
If there's anyone else with a similar case like mine I like to know any updates and what you have researched as far as these Wamu loans.
Thanks.
