I have a warrant in ohio for dwi and live in tennessee. will ohio come down here after me?
And is there a statue of limitaions on that?

The can come from the other state and get you, but first you would have an extradition hearing in the state you live in, if there was enough evidence then your state would transport you to the state in which the crime was committed. Afterwards, you would have a normal criminal proceeding... most likely, the state won't bother to come and get you because of the minority of the charge, it wouldn't be worth the time to invest in bringing you back... enjoy yourself!
