Well, I have certainly gotten myself into a legal mess! First, let me say that I have changed my life a great deal from the time that these offenses were committed! I currently live in Maryland, but these offenses are from other states...I am currently a 4.0 college student, and need to clear these things up!

Washington State:

I have several arrest warrents here. All are minor misdemeanors for things like theft and what not. I have been back there since. I have even travelled internationally from seatac, and I have had no problems, but I am sure that the warrants are still there. Is there any way that I can clear them up from here? If not, is there are certain timeframe in which they will expire?

Colorado:

I am on a deferred sentance for falsifying information to a pawnbroker. For some stupid reason, the wonderful state of colorado decided that this is a felony offense. I have violated the terms of my aggreement in that I have left the state and not told them. My review is about a year away, and I am wondering what it is that I can do to make sure that the review goes smoothly so this does not come back to haunt me!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I have been looking for an attorney, but I have no idea where to begin with multiple states outside of my own involved!

Thanks
