I'm Pro Se and my wife has an attorney. We sat down and worked out a settlement. I received the papers from him last week and there is one strange (to me) thing that I'm trying to figure out.
In the parenting plan under the transportation section, he wrote that transportation discussions were included in the child support order. In the child support order it states that I will send the mother 1/2 the airfare within 14-days of her notifying me of the cost.
Why didn't he just say that in the parenting plan? Is there some advantage to that being in the child support order?
