Water Leakage from kitchen sink

My downstair unit is trying to sue me to fix her ceiling, floor and rug that she cliams water come down from my kitchen sink down to her unit downstair. She reportedt this to HOA and they call me to get it fix w/o any investigation or proof. I call her back up and now she said she will get a plumber to check out. I will need to be there so that I don't get rip off. When i contact Judy who lives downstair,I dont' see any damage at all ( ( where is the proof or what damage??)) SO in all, I don't see enough to conclude that it did any damage or was my fault? Can someone help me what I shoudl do? Thank you very much in advance.

You should ask for proof that the damage was caused by your unit. Did you open your kitchen cabinet to see if there was water leaking, or to see if the floor is wet?

IT has been couple of months already. I went there myself to fix the leak and my tennant did stop using the kitchen and there were a bukcet there to prevent the water. I recall using a camcorder took shots of it but no water dripping. Why they didn't contact me where water drop down to her floor? Whater all the proof or investigation on this?

This is confusing. The person below you is your tenant. You previously went down there to fix WHAT? If you already know that something was leaking, why are you questioning the person who said that it leaked into her unit?

My condo is on the top level #252 where i currenly rent this to Saiyida. Judy is in #253 and she old lady claim water leakage damge to rug, floor and ceiling. I questioning how can simple leak for cause so much damage and when I was there there wern't any proof or apparant damage that I see.
